Lowkey Kava runs four happy hours every single day: 7–8 AM, 12–1 PM, 5–7 PM, and 12–1 AM. That’s six hours of happy hour pricing daily, 365 days a year, including one window that almost nothing else in West Palm Beach offers — a genuine midnight happy hour.

Is there a late night happy hour in West Palm Beach?

Yes. Lowkey Kava at 404 S Military Trail runs a late-night happy hour from 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM every night. Double-shell kava drops from $10 to $6 and extract drinks are $3 off. The bar stays open until 2:00 AM. Three other happy hours run earlier the same day: 7–8 AM, 12–1 PM and 5–7 PM. Free parking, no cover, 18+ with valid ID.

What Actually Gets Discounted

DrinkRegularHappy hourYou save
Double shell (bold or smooth)$10$6$4
16 oz extract punch$15$12$3
24 oz extract punch$20$17$3

A double shell is roughly 10 oz of kava. At $6 during happy hour, that’s the best value on the menu by a distance.

One thing worth being straight about: botanical teas aren’t discounted at happy hour — because they’re already $6 for 16 oz and $8 for 24 oz all day, every day, with any of our 28 in-house flavors added free. We didn’t want to inflate the regular price just to mark it back down. If tea is your drink, every hour is happy hour. More on that in our breakdown of the cheapest kava prices in West Palm Beach.

Why a Midnight Happy Hour Exists

Because the people who need one most are the ones nobody schedules around.

Restaurant and bar staff on Clematis Street clock out somewhere between midnight and 2 AM. Hospital shift workers, hotel night audit, warehouse crews, rideshare drivers — their “after work” is everyone else’s middle of the night. By the time they’re free, the city’s happy hours ended six hours ago and the only places still open are serving alcohol.

So we run one at midnight. Same prices as the 5 PM window, no catch. You get a double shell for $6 at 12:30 AM, play some pool, and head home — without a hangover waiting for you.

The 7 AM window works the same way in reverse. It catches people heading to work, and it catches people just getting off.

If You’re Not Drinking

Plenty of people search for a happy hour out of habit long after they’ve stopped drinking. The ritual is the point — somewhere to go after work, something in your hand, people around you.

That’s the whole idea here. Lowkey Kava is a real bar with a real bar counter, pool tables, big-screen TVs and a patio. It just doesn’t serve alcohol. Nobody is going to ask why you’re not drinking, because nobody is. If that’s what you’re looking for, the sober bar page goes into more detail.

Time It With an Event

The evening happy hour lands right before our weekly events, so you can stack them:

Come in at 5, drink at happy hour prices for two hours, and stay for whatever’s running that night.
