Once enough preorders are in, we run the print. Drop 01 ships to the bar in about 4–6 weeks.

We’ll text or email when your order’s ready. Grab it at 404 S Military Trail any time we’re open — 7 AM to 2 AM, every day. Hat preorders get a Double or Free large tea on the spot.

When will I get my order?
Drop 01 production runs roughly 4–6 weeks from the close of preorders. We’ll send a text or email the moment your size is at the bar and ready for pickup.
What’s the “Double or Free” pickup perk?
Every Lowkey Snapback preorder comes with a Double or Free large tea on the day you pick up your hat. Show your pickup confirmation at the bar and the bartender will pour you a large iced or hot tea on the house. One per preorder, redeemable on pickup day only.
Is shipping available?
Drop 01 is in-store pickup only at 404 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach. We’re keeping things simple for our first run. Future drops may add shipping.
What’s your sizing like?
Tees and hoodies run true to a relaxed standard fit — if you’re between sizes, size up for the slouchier look. Full sizing chart will appear with each item on the Square checkout page.
Can I cancel or change my preorder?
Yes, until production starts. Email lowkeykava@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll sort it. Once a drop goes to print, all sales are final.
Will there be more drops?
Yes — if Drop 01 sells well we’ll keep going. Sign up at the bar to hear about new designs first.
