Lowkey Kava is West Palm Beach's newest home for serious kava drinkers and curious first-timers alike. We're one of the only standalone kava bars in West Palm Beach — a real building dedicated entirely to the kava lifestyle, not a fold-up shop in a strip mall or a corner of a coffee bar.

Inside, you'll find a full-size bar, a wall of big-screen TVs, pool tables, and gaming systems. Outside, brick patios and lounge seating that turn into a vibe after sunset. What are your hours?
We're open from 7 AM to 2 AM, seven days a week — 365 days a year. Whether you need a morning kava before work or a late-night hang, we're here.
When is happy hour?
Happy hour runs three times every single day: 7–9 AM (morning), 12–1 PM (midday), and 5–10 PM (extended evening). You'll get $6 double-shell bold or smooth kava, $8.50 24oz iced or 16oz hot tea, and $12 / $17 extract punches.
What is kava?
Kava is a traditional South Pacific drink made from the root of the Piper methysticum plant. It has calming, relaxing effects and is enjoyed socially as a non-alcoholic way to unwind, focus, and connect with friends. It's been part of Pacific Island culture for thousands of years.
Do you have pool tables, TVs, and games?
Yes — Lowkey Kava has pool tables, gaming systems, and multiple big-screen TVs throughout the bar. It's a real lounge built for hanging out for hours, watching the game, or playing a few rounds with friends.
Do you sell kratom?
Yes. We carry premium kratom powder by the gram, kratom extract drink boosts, and our signature extract punches. We also have instant kava powder available by the gram for taking home.
What are the age requirements?
Lowkey Kava is 18+ to enter and to order kava drinks. Kratom drinks are 21+ only. Valid ID is required. Please drink responsibly.
Can I host an event or private party here?

Is there parking on-site?
Yes. As one of the only standalone kava bar buildings in West Palm Beach, we have our own dedicated parking lot on-site at 404 S Military Trail. No fighting for street parking or paying for a garage.
Do you serve alcohol?
No — Lowkey Kava is an alcohol-free bar. We serve kava, kratom, botanical teas, and extract drinks instead. All the relaxation and social vibe of a bar, without the alcohol, hangover, or calories.
What does kava taste like?
Traditional kava has an earthy, slightly bitter, almost peppery flavor — and it'll numb your mouth a little, which is how you know it's the real thing. If you're new, our team can guide you toward a flavored shell or a botanical tea that's easier to start with.
What are the effects of kava?
Kava is known for its calming, relaxing, and mildly euphoric effects. Most people feel stress relief, sociability, and clarity without sedation. Effects come on within 15–30 minutes and typically last 1–3 hours, depending on dose. It's the perfect way to unwind without alcohol.

Is it a good first-time kava experience?
